Translations!

Homeward Bound has been translated into French. It's hosted at the Chosen of Mystra, but I broke the links when I tried to upload new versions. So, for the time being, get the Windows version here and get the OSX version here.

Fading Promises has had its bugs fixed and a Spanish translation added, and it can be downloaded from Spellhold Studios here

I'll keep that in mind, but Graoumf and friends have translated Homeward Bound into French already. You can find it here.

Most of my other mods are really too big to translate easily. Who wants to deal with 1MB or more of dialogue?

After the NPC Project, nothing will be too big.
I guess your largest mod is Gavin for BGT and Tutu, with 7000 strings. The BG2 version isn't traified but it must be the same, or will be with the ToB part.

I know french players enjoy playing with Gavin, maybe we'll translate it in the future. But first, the NPC Project and then I think that our translators will want to rest with smaller translations (Fading promises ? ).

Aye, by all means, I'm sure French players are eager to play with a translated BG1 NPC Project! And that is a massive undertaking. If you still have translators at that point, they will definitely deserve a rest!

Fading Promises comes in at ~1K lines of dialogue and Alternatives is about the same. Haldamir is somewhere between 1K and 1.5K lines, but it might be better to hold off on that one until after ToB is done. That's the reason BG2 Gavin isn't traified: I don't want to do it until after the ToB portion is done.
