We're getting hit hard with spammers. I'm taking drastic measures, including banning and deleting the accounts of anything that looks even remotely like spam. So, if you have a legitimate post to make, please ensure that you reference an actual mod or better yet, an actual issue with a mod, because tolerance for spammers has never been lower. Irrelevant flatteries followed by commercial signature links fools no one.

Also, TATW is not affiliated with any religion. While devout spammers are usually more polite than the garden-variety kind, they're still spammers, and they'll still get banned.

Yes, I realize that the spammers don't care. They're paid a penny or two per post on any forum, so they'll do what they have to do to collect their paycheck, but if they're still using the same IP address, they'll only do it once.

Heh. Getting so used to just banning spammers and deleting their link-filled posts as soon as I log on that I almost banned Kitanna. 

Caught myself in time, though.

I've installed a new spam prevention mod. We'll see if it helps.
